Job Summary:

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a talented Licensed Clinician to join our team. As a Licensed Clinician, you will conduct mental health assessments and provide ongoing clinical services to Unaccompanied Children (UCs) referred to the Dream Center.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical intake assessments and provide ongoing clinical and crisis interventions for clients.
Screen UCs for human trafficking concerns.
Collaborate regularly with case management team to provide the clinical perspective in the assessment, service provision, and discharge of UCs within the ORR-mandated timeframes.
Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions and weekly group counseling sessions with UC clients.
Conduct sponsor assessments and provide clinical expertise in sponsor reunification cases.
Maintain documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policy.

Requirements:
Master's degree in social work or a related field with clinical experience in the program.
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable, immigrant or migrant populations.
Experience working in a residential facility.
