**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct clinical intake assessments and provide ongoing clinical and crisis interventions for clients
* Screen UCs for human trafficking concerns
* Collaborate regularly with case management team to provide the clinical perspective in the assessment, service provision, and discharge of UCs within the ORR-mandated timeframes
* Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions and weekly group counseling sessions with UC clients
* Conduct sponsor assessments and provide clinical expertise in sponsor reunification cases
* Apply a working knowledge of child welfare best practices to protect all clients in care and mitigate risk factors where possible
* Maintain documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policy
* Maintain an updated, working knowledge of DHS and UC/ORR policy and operating procedures
* Meet regularly with supervisor to consult on cases, review case plan decisions, and evaluate client progress
* Provide translation support as needed for clients, sponsors, and staff

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in social work with clinical experience in the program, or master's degree in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which direct clinical experience is a program requirement. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable, immigrant or migrant populations
* Must have experience working in a residential facility
* Bilingual in Spanish and English
