The BluePearl EmERge Program is designed to give veterinary school graduates the necessary training to become successful Emergency Veterinarians. It is a full-time job from the very beginning, and we will prepare you for your first solo emergency shift at one of our BluePearl hospitals.
Program Structure- 16 weeks of initial training/boot camp beginning in January and June
- 16 weeks of immersive training, guided by an experienced Veterinarian
- 20 weeks of experiential training
The total commitment is two years, including the initial year of training.
