Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications as necessary to support patient care.
- Case Management: Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and engagement in treatment.
