Department Overview

Up to $5K Sign-On Bonus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage ranging from $19.56 to $31.94 based on prior experience.
  • Evening shift differential of $2.00 per hour.
  • Night shift differential of $2.50 per hour.
  • Weekend shift differential of $2.50 per hour.
  • Sign-On Bonus distributed over the course of one year.

Our surgical facilities are equipped with multiple operating rooms across different campuses, providing a wide range of surgical services. Our surgical team exemplifies collaboration, ensuring a sterile and safe environment for all patients. New surgical technologists will undergo a thorough orientation process with a dedicated mentor, gaining proficiency across various surgical specialties. Job Summary

  • Assists the surgeon during surgical procedures.
  • Ensures a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
Qualifications

Education

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • National certification in surgical technology is preferred.
  • Alternatively, five (5) years of consecutive training or experience as a surgical technologist.

Experience

  • Must have completed an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Alternatively, five (5) years of consecutive training or experience as a surgical technologist.
  • LPN with one (1) year of surgical tech experience is preferred.
  • National Certification is highly preferred.

(The above requirements can be satisfied through a combination of education and experience).

Licensure / Certification

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for the duration of employment.
  • If certified as a Surgical Technologist, current certification must be maintained.
  • An Oklahoma LPN license is required if applicable.
Schedule

Monday to Friday, with three 12-hour shifts per week. Days may vary, plus on-call responsibilities.
