Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our service group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our mobile service technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient schedules for mobile service technicians to ensure timely completion of customer repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor and supervise daily activities, including expense management and fleet maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Provide continuous training and development opportunities for new and current technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure safety and environmental considerations are prioritized in all aspects of the job.
- Champion process improvement initiatives to optimize work methods and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the material control department to ensure proper parts are available for each job, minimizing production interruptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with Altec sales account managers to foster positive interactions between account managers, technicians, and customers.
- Foster a team-oriented culture that aligns with Altec's values, promoting a successful service group within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree and two years of supervision experience, or high school diploma and five years of industry-related supervision experience.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Current valid driver's license may be required.
