• Outstanding Earning Potential: We pay better than everyone else, with over 40% of our technicians earning above $100,000 annually. Line technicians start at an impressive $30 per hour and can earn more than $75 per hour with 120% bonus on all hours produced above 40

Job Requirements:
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician who can deliver top-notch service. Here's what we expect:

• Multi-Point Inspection: Consistently utilize our Multi-Point inspection tool at a rate greater than 98%, maintaining safety and reliability.
• High-Quality Workmanship: Provide high-quality work at a productive rate, following published procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring Parts Compliance.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and service publications to stay ahead in your field.
• Continuous Training: Attend and actively participate in training programs recommended by our Shop Supervisor and management to enhance your skills.
• Warranty Compliance: Adhere to warranty policies when assisting other Dealership Team members in completing warranty information, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
