Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Polk Mechanical Company. This is a full-time position responsible for supervising work performed on systems ranging in difficulty from small basic commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and management for work performed on systems ranging in difficulty from small basic commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems.
  • Assist in administrating the company safety program and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing/piping/sheet metal trades and a minimum of 5 years of verifiable supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in managing projects 35 million plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of all plumbing systems including installation means/methods from domestic water to medical gas.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
