Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at ilani. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including kitchen, bar, and front of house staff.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
