Job Summary:

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Loss Control Representative to join our team. As a Loss Control Representative, you will be responsible for performing on-site loss control surveys for commercial agribusiness risks, assisting insureds with loss prevention, and providing comprehensive reports to underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site loss control surveys to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Assist insureds in developing safety and loss prevention programs, conduct safety meetings, and provide training.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to underwriting for risk analysis.
  • Travel to various locations to conduct surveys and meet with insureds.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with NFPA guidelines and knowledge of construction basics.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with insureds and underwriting teams.
  • BA or BS Degree preferred, with a concentration in insurance or agriculture.
  • Three years of loss control experience preferred, with a background in insurance and agriculture.
