Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and utilizing your expertise to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Model proficiency through precepting new team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and technologies in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Contribute to a safe and quality-focused work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program
  • Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or certified in Sonography (S) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
