POSITION SUMMARY: We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Senior Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while effectively communicating insights through data storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of final results and investigate discrepancies. Deliver comprehensive reports and clarifications regarding variances.
  • Budgeting: Aid in the formulation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Collaborate with diverse teams to collect inputs and assumptions.
  • Forecasting: Create financial models to bolster forecasting initiatives. Provide regular updates to forecasts based on actual results and evolving assumptions.
  • Management Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management, emphasizing significant trends and financial performance metrics.
  • Data Storytelling: Transform intricate financial data into clear, persuasive narratives that facilitate strategic decision-making. Utilize visual aids to help non-financial stakeholders grasp essential financial insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven capability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in preparing presentations for board and executive levels.
  • Familiarity with BI Tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience in constructing comprehensive three-statement financial models is a plus.
