Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans;
- Providing direct patient care, including medication management and psychotherapy;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery;
Salary and Benefits
This position offers an estimated annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse;
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alaska;
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health nursing, including crisis intervention and patient assessment;
