Description: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton Lubbock, TX. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask with ease. You will also be required to handle cash and credit transactions, as well as maintain accurate records and reports. We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction data
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide recommendations and promotions to guests to increase hotel revenue


Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
