Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Salary Range: $144,000 to $167,000

Experience Level: 6 to 8 years

Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Real Estate at Augmentjobs, you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial outcomes and strategic expansion of the organization’s real estate investments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Construct and sustain intricate financial models to evaluate real estate investment prospects, encompassing acquisition, disposition, and development initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and assess the financial performance of current real estate assets, pinpointing trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Formulate and oversee budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections for real estate investments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Market Research: Execute thorough market research and due diligence to bolster investment decisions, including analysis of market trends, property performance, and competitive landscape.
  • Investment Evaluation: Assess potential real estate investments, performing financial analysis, risk evaluations, and return on investment (ROI) calculations to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Generate comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, conveying insights, recommendations, and financial performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the real estate team and other departments to devise and implement strategic plans for portfolio growth and optimization.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all financial analyses and transactions adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Process Improvement: Recognize opportunities to refine financial processes and systems related to real estate finance, promoting efficiencies and enhancing accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis within the real estate industry.
