Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits and tax submissions.

Collaboration and Analysis:
  • Work alongside the finance team to formulate and enforce accounting policies and procedures.

Support financial leadership in planning and forecasting activities.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a robust background in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with GAAP accounting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare finance or private equity is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and revenue cycle management is beneficial.
