Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting thorough assessments and analyses to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, including field evaluations, historical data analysis, and comprehensive report preparation.
2. Gather field data through air, soil, and groundwater sampling, as well as logging soil borings and monitoring wells.
3. Provide administrative support to project managers as needed, ensuring efficient project execution.
4. Familiarize yourself with organizational policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and site investigations, including report writing.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform fieldwork with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with EDR's Parcel and Quire Platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.

Additional Qualities:
- Willingness to travel as required for site assessments.
- A desire to pursue relevant professional certifications or registrations.
