Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational soccer activities for children aged 4-11, promoting life skills and a love for the game.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging soccer programs for children, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Provide individualized attention to ensure every child has a positive and successful experience.
  • Use a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free environment that encourages children to learn and have fun.
  • Implement positive reinforcement techniques to motivate children and celebrate their successes.
  • Collaborate with other Coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality program.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children and soccer, preferably in a coaching or teaching capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children, parents, and staff.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including afternoons and weekends.
  • Ability to attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
