Job Title: Health Communications Planner Specialist

Description

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Health Communications Planner Specialist to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a key member of our Intelligence Community customer team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of major complex health communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to align with customer objectives.
  • Create engaging written and visual health materials for various formats, including reports, web-based content, and email messaging.
  • Identify and implement effective communication channels, modes, and approaches to engage diverse population segments.
  • Develop content management processes to ensure accurate, relevant, and timely information.
  • Design message maps, storyboards, and scripts to ensure tone, content, and delivery align with customer goals.
  • Evaluate and improve communication strategies to measure impact across the customer's diverse workforce.
  • Collaborate with partners, communication teams, and customers to develop integrated communication approaches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet service requests and requirements.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teambuilding skills
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure with strong customer service skills
  • Keen flexibility and creativity to identify solutions to problems
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in public health and health communications principles
