Job Title: Health Communications Planner Specialist

Description

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Health Communications Planner Specialist to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a key member of our Intelligence Community (IC) customer team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of major complex health communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  • Create engaging health materials in various formats, including reports, web-based content, and email messaging.
  • Identify and implement effective communication channels, modes, and approaches to engage diverse population segments.
  • Develop content management processes to ensure accurate, relevant, and timely information.
  • Design message maps, storyboards, and scripts to ensure tone, content, and delivery align with customer goals.
  • Evaluate and improve communication strategies to measure impact across the customer's diverse workforce.
  • Collaborate with partners, communication teams, and customers to develop integrated communication approaches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet service requests and requirements.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teambuilding skills
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple teams and support cross-collaboration
  • Ability to work well under pressure with strong customer service skills
  • Keen flexibility and creativity to identify and respond to evolving priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in public health and health communications principles

Pay Range: $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
