As a critical member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Investment Managers, ensuring seamless execution of their responsibilities. Your expertise in coordinating complex calendars, preparing documents, and making travel arrangements will be invaluable in maintaining the highest level of service to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to multiple Investment Managers simultaneously
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing documents for meetings
- Managing complex calendars and ensuring timely communication of priorities
- Adapting your style to meet the needs of your manager and team
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
In addition to your administrative expertise, you will also be responsible for:
- Booking travel in Concur and managing complex travel arrangements
- Utilizing advanced Microsoft skills to fine-tune your craft and become more efficient
We offer a highly competitive base salary range of $81,830-$130,928, as well as an individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% company contribution.
