In this role, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Consulting and Analytics team at Capital Group. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance asset growth and retention for the North American Client Group by delivering unique insights and comprehensive portfolio evaluations to intermediaries.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment sector, with a solid understanding of advisory services, investment vehicles, capital markets, and portfolio design principles.
- Expertise in consulting with intermediaries regarding portfolio design and strategy.
- Accountable for generating detailed analytical reports and insights related to investment products and portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of American Funds offerings and services.
- Crucial in identifying potential challenges and opportunities, along with proposing effective solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail in complex scenarios.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse range of associates and clients.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Advanced certifications such as CIMA, CFA, or CFP are advantageous.
- Experience in contributing to or leading projects is beneficial.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is a prerequisite for application.
- Must secure Series 7 and 66 licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range in Indianapolis: $115,232 - $184,371.
Alongside a competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital on your eligible earnings.
