Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a part-time Gymnastics and Ninja Instructor at our esteemed academy. Our focus is on delivering exceptional experiences for children in a nurturing and dynamic environment.

Are you passionate about engaging with children and fostering their growth through physical activity? If you have a background in physical education, gymnastics, dance, martial arts, or similar fields, we encourage you to consider this role. Even if you are new to coaching, we welcome your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our academy's mission and objectives.
  • Conduct classes for preschool and recreational levels, and assist in organizing special events, open gym sessions, and birthday celebrations.
  • Engage with the community through participation in events and activities both inside and outside the facility.
  • Adhere to the established curriculum or lesson plans tailored to the specific class levels.
  • Ensure a positive and empowering experience for all participants by maintaining an effective practice rotation schedule.
  • Keep all necessary certifications up to date.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, performing regular safety checks on equipment.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor that reflects the values and mission of our academy towards athletes, families, and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Possess reliable transportation.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a readiness to engage in fun activities.
