Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships within the Greater Indianapolis Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life.
  • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships.
  • Work with the sales team to further develop sales and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.

Compensation Package:

$80,000+ per year at Plan Commission, offering a competitive salary and benefits package that aligns with industry standards.
