About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a secure and controlled environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our Medical Team to coordinate patient needs and plans of care.
  • Exercise autonomy in nursing practice to ensure evidence-based decisions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Embody the values of Southern Health Partners, including respect for patient dignity and confidentiality, accountability, and a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
