Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Signature HealthCARE, LLC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing services to our patients, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants in their daily activities, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • Active LPN license in the state of residence.
  • Current/active CPR certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
