Job Overview

HealthRIGHT 360 is a leading provider of comprehensive, integrated, and compassionate care for individuals in need. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Safety Navigator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Supervise clients and children during assigned shifts, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Oversee clients' independent living skills, including cooking, cleaning, and meal planning.
  • Provide follow-up support to staff to ensure clients are progressing towards their goals.
  • Support clients in resolving interpersonal conflicts and promoting a positive living environment.
  • Participate in house meetings to foster a safe and amicable atmosphere.
  • Encourage clients to engage in program activities and demands.
  • Collaborate with the Housing Supervisor for consultation and guidance.
  • Monitor medication and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Document client records and upload medical records in Welligent.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years' experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting preferred.
  • Basic understanding of child development, child abuse, substance abuse, and self-sufficiency issues.
  • Experience working with substance abusers, chronically homeless, and/or reentry populations.
  • Knowledge of and experience providing trauma-informed care, housing first principles, and harm reduction services.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Clearance Requirements
  • Must not be on active parole or probation for at least two years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain satisfactory background check.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CDCR live scan clearance.
  • Must be able to pass health screening and TB test requirements.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shot.
