Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at Watermark Retirement Communities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of our community, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payroll. In addition to your financial expertise, you will also provide support to our Human Resources department, including onboarding new associates, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with employee laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and vendor payments
  • Administer payroll and benefits
  • Provide support to Human Resources department
  • Ensure compliance with employee laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years' experience in a financial role in a senior housing setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Computer and systems literate
  • Proven leader with experience in Human Resources
