As a key player in our kitchen brigade, you will weave your expertise into every dish, elevating the senses and tantalizing palates. Whether a virtuoso of savory delights or a maestro of sweet symphonies, this is your chance to showcase your artistry.

The Role
  • Work across various positions and collaborate independently with business demands. Assist team members with ongoing mentorship and training development, as well as daily prep and technique guidance needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the chef to create speciality dinners and functions, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Develop daily features and menus with the guidance and approval of the chef, carefully considering the theme of the cuisine for the outlet.
  • Assist with all food requisitions and ordering needs under the chef's guidance and approval for optimal budgeting.
  • Lead and manage service in the absence of the chef.

Your Qualifications
  • Culinary arts formal training or education with a focus on pastry and baking techniques.
  • One year of Cook II level experience or previous Cook I experience.
  • Proficiency in various baking methods, including dough preparation, pastry shaping, and decorating techniques.
  • Strong focus on precision and detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of pastries and desserts.
