About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cook II to join our kitchen brigade, bringing their expertise and passion for culinary excellence to our team. The ideal candidate will have formal training in culinary arts, with a focus on pastry and baking techniques, and a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.

  • Order supplies as necessary, ensuring seamless operation of our culinary department.
  • Prepare mise en place for the day, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Assist in supervision and training of junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
