Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Documentation Specialist - LPN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and thorough documentation for resident and patient assessments and care plans. Your expertise in MDS processes and procedures will ensure seamless submission and planning of assessment and care plan information to your team members.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess a nursing degree and current Ohio LPN license. One year of experience with MDS is preferred, and experience as a nurse in a long-term care facility is required. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care, will be beneficial.
