We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and maintain quality assurance documents.
  • Identify root causes and resolutions for manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain Certificate of Analysis.
  • Initiate Engineering Changer requests.
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and quality defect issues.
  • Assist with ISO auditing process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform random sampling and quality inspections.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
