  • Paying close attention to cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, coolers, and common areas

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and flat tops is advantageous
  • Willingness to work various shifts as needed

Work Environment:

  • Constantly walking and standing
  • Regular operation of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and flat tops
  • Ability to read and interpret recipes, specifications, and plating instructions
  • Significant time spent on cleaning and sanitizing
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
