Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant Evergreen

As a Sales Consultant for Xfinity Retail, you will play a key role in assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services. You will utilize your knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work with moderate supervision and be accountable for individual results and impact on the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Xfinity products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
- Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions. Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks.
- Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
- Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
- Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
- Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
- Know and understand sales compensation plan and its key elements.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed. May be asked to work in alternate stores outside of home base store. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.

- Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.

Base Pay: $15.63
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.32
