Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee knowledge management related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
  • Digital Tools and Workflows: Develop and implement digital tools and workflows to support knowledge management efforts, including the development of architecture repositories and the maintenance of online content management systems.
  • Content Management: Sustain content management requirements, including the creation and maintenance of SharePoint pages, sites, and web parts, as well as the management of permissions, views, filters, and custom calculated fields.
  • Training and Support: Provide initial user training for new applications and technological tools, as well as ongoing support to staff and direct subordinate units.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with G-6 personnel to ensure that knowledge management solutions are technologically feasible, legal, and integrated properly with network architecture, and aligned with cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support knowledge management efforts, including the creation of metrics, data visualizations, and dashboards using MS Power BI, MS Power Apps, and MS Power Automate.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as knowledge management, information technology, or business administration, and relevant certifications, such as IAT Level II.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles and practices, as well as experience with digital tools and workflows, content management systems, and training and support methodologies.
