Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and verify all inbound deliveries, ensuring products are undamaged, properly packaged, and meet quality standards.
  • Utilize various systems, including Verify on Receipt, Pharmacy Manager, and Oracle, to accurately receive and process products.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and report issues to buyers and analysts, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Return products to vendors as needed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Responsible for record storage and retrieval, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
  • Facilitate stocking activity, ensuring shelves and box pickers are stocked and ready for use.
  • Operate material handling equipment, exercising sound judgment and anticipating potential issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.
  • National Pharmacy Technician certification required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail required.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills essential.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and push/pull pallets exceeding 800 pounds.
