We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team at Gest-Can RLX (2000) INC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and diagnostic checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair history and maintenance schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive hourly rate ($19.00 or DOE).
