  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a lifeguard and CPR/AED instructor.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
