About the Job:
Clinical Services Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care at Community Health Centers of the Central Coast. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and collaborating with the Health Center Manager to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and experience in ambulatory care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff to enhance their clinical skills and career advancement.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • RN license issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in ambulatory care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
