Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Specialty Dental Brands. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients and their families.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, examinations, and consultations with our doctors.
  • Manage front office duties, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other dental offices regarding exam findings, treatment progress, and other important information.
  • Perform office public relations activities and maintain a positive image for our practice.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of dental software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
