Role Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to deliver high-level administrative assistance for a temporary engagement. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver executive support to streamline and optimize office functions.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, addressing issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Establish and maintain communication channels among team members to ensure the efficient exchange of information for various projects.
- Oversee internal email correspondence, ensuring prompt replies and follow-ups.
- Facilitate the creation and processing of requisitions, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and other necessary documentation.
- Review and manage financial documents, including budget adjustments and reports.
- Collect and evaluate data regarding processes and programs; prepare comprehensive reports and correspondence.
- Provide extensive administrative support across different office sectors, including compliance, event coordination, and financial reconciliations.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at improving internal administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Maintain and update databases for tracking and reporting on various activities.
- Stay informed on current regulations and policies, ensuring staff are updated on relevant changes.
- Summarize and assess incoming materials and communications.
- Quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring confidentiality and thorough information gathering.
A bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in grants management and budgeting.
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $30.5/hr
