  • Deliver executive support to streamline and optimize office functions.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, addressing issues and conflicts as they arise.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels among team members to ensure the efficient exchange of information for various projects.
  • Oversee internal email correspondence, ensuring prompt replies and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate the creation and processing of requisitions, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Review and manage financial documents, including budget adjustments and reports.
  • Collect and evaluate data regarding processes and programs; prepare comprehensive reports and correspondence.
  • Provide extensive administrative support across different office sectors, including compliance, event coordination, and financial reconciliations.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at improving internal administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Maintain and update databases for tracking and reporting on various activities.
  • Stay informed on current regulations and policies, ensuring staff are updated on relevant changes.
  • Summarize and assess incoming materials and communications.
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring confidentiality and thorough information gathering.

A bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in grants management and budgeting.

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time
