Nurse Manager

At Los Altos Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center, we seek an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the CNA team and ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

This role requires interpreting medical instructions, charting patient conditions, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Observing and documenting patient symptoms and changes in condition.
  2. Recording vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
  3. Maintaining comprehensive patient care records and clinical documentation.
  4. Identifying process issues and offering solutions to the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
  5. Leading by example to create a supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A current LVN license valid in California.
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience in a similar facility preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
