Operations Department Scheduler
BAE Systems is seeking a skilled Operations Department Scheduler to become a vital part of their team. This role involves working within the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) Facility, which is dedicated to providing advanced combat systems suites with essential radars and sensors. The position entails supporting various functions, including engineering, certification, evaluation, training, and testing. As an Operations Department Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing customer requests for testing availability
- Resolving conflicts related to equipment assets across multiple clients
- Engaging in scheduling discussions and mediating competing requests
- Adhering to directives from the Operations Officer and Scheduling Officer
- Creating mission schedule forecasts and facilitating Mission Readiness Reviews (MRR)
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of military scheduling experience
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing TRMS or a comparable scheduling database
- Capability to secure a Secret level clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of an active DoD security clearance
- Experience in Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) environments
- Familiarity with AEGIS ships or Land Based Test Sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects
Compensation:
Full-Time Salary Range: $77,501
