Job Title: System Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and networks to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure the security of our IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining robust security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and constraints.
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including materials, manpower, and time necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or applicable work experience.
  • Secret security clearance.
  • At least six years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in the government sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with VMware (Vcenter), Cisco ACI products, and data system security.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or other scripting languages.
  • Professional experience and high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.
Desired Certifications:
  • Red Hat Certification.
  • CompTIA Server +.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
