About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at My Spot, a leading provider of pediatric home health services. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential and live independently.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and parents to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions through fun and engaging activities.

You will also provide guidance and education to families on therapeutic exercises and activities to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
