KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold the company’s mission and core values while demonstrating high ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and directing concerns appropriately.
  • Conduct guided tours of the sales floor, making informed product recommendations based on thorough research.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of patient and member benefits, including discounts and promotions, while encouraging medical guest memberships.
  • Follow product handling protocols, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Keep the store organized and clean by restocking items and maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Operate the cash register and manage the computer-based POS system efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting compliance deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities in both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Occasional local travel may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Regularly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequent sitting is required.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, reach above shoulders, and perform light to moderate lifting (up to 25 pounds).
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and kneeling may be necessary.
