Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in speech and language skills
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure and certification in the state of Washington
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work onsite or remotely, depending on the needs of the school district.
