We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team as a Supervising Lead Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Ellie Mental Health's clinic in Newton, MA.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position, offering a unique blend of clinical work and administrative support. As a supervising lead, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and experience with our team, while also focusing on providing world-class mental health services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support other mental health counselors
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to further our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMHC) for 3+ years
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Passion for topics such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based therapies
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
  • Authorization to work in the United States
