Join Our Team

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to drive large-scale programs in our Digital Media Platform. This role will enable optimal customer experiences, allowing our business customers to get the most out of their Adobe relationship.

As a key member of our team, you will lead intricate programs throughout the project life cycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate all aspects of a program, including detailed project plans, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, and status reporting.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the solution being built, its upstream and downstream dependencies, and proliferate awareness and critical changes needed to support the initiative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Architecture, and QA, to drive business goals and find creative solutions for engineering problems.
  • Proactively identify risks and work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
  • Engage and influence people at all levels, from front-line team members to VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives, to ensure delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, curious, and able to dive deep without being asked to understand business, product, and technical interplay.
  • Very organized with outstanding attention to detail, understanding what, why, when, how, and who to work with to drive deliverables to closure.
  • Self-starter with extensive program management experience on large-scale initiatives, preferably in cloud-based software development, e-commerce, software licensing, payments, and/or administration.
  • Comfortable leading system design and technical tradeoff discussions across multiple engineering teams.
  • Able to modulate the presentation of information based on the audience, from technical engineering managers to individual contributors to senior executives.
