The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, a strong dedication to their work, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Availability: Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, providing them with keys and room assignments while securely recording payment information.

Maintain accurate guest records:
Ensure that all guest information is up-to-date and correct.

  • Address customer concerns as necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage both online and in-person booking requests, providing information about room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special accommodations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that guest rooms are prepared and ready for arrivals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
